March 8: International Day of Working Women

hundred years ago at this time was celebrated for the first time the International Day of Working Women. It was recognized a century ago, the right of all working women to fight and be recognized in their struggle. And establishing a day for tribute to all the fighters of the past as well as a day to become the fighters of the present.

After a century, took to the streets to voice our own and, while their voices. Today, do not forget and still keep in our collective memory, all those, and also some who, with or without a name who fought and clamored for the abolition of inequalities rooted in gender.

But this day is no longer just a tribute. But is also a saying and be heard even though some may be, that their struggle is ours, and that patriarchy well it combines and seeks to advance hand in hand with capitalism, despite not being defeated, is already mortally wounded. Because, if today is a symbolic day, what symbolizes is all small steps that each and all of us involved with this struggle and we take as our own, we give every day, gesture to gesture.

We can not forget, though his statistics do not stop trying to believe otherwise, that every little hint of feminism wounds and weakened to a greater or lesser extent this patriarchal system. Although wounded giant that is the oppressive patriarchal structure of the labor-capitalist system is still there lurking, so is that neither our actions and our actions are in vain.

We can not accept that this giant erected over the centuries is removable. If something we owe to those fighters who through the ages have dignified with its own figure that is now our struggle is having cast the first stone. Now it is our duty to continue this endeavor to overthrow him. It is our duty to report that "what is" not right. But do know that we can change it.

This is our moment, our time span we can make history. Today marks our time void that only we and we can fill events. Establish gender equality is our responsibility. Raising the necessary money for it, is our only option when what we pursue is the social-collective freedom that will enable each and every one interprets the role of his life, not the role marked by the system.

What today, above all, we want to see is that this cause is everyone. The patriarchal capitalist system that we suffer in Castilla, personified in the yoke which represents the English government, he writes every day fairly set the script of our lives. We deny the personal and collective dignity trying to erase the legacy of our people, and pressing our fight here and now. Thus aims we play their roles, under a false mask of democratic freedom, which supposedly makes us all equal in rights.

The patriarchal capitalist system is its limitation in generating schemes in our land a triple oppression: class, national and gender.

But the dominant role is also imposed. At that dominates is denied as much as the reality dominated parity. Hear this voice who also dominates the free believing ignorance is also our task.

seize it, this anniversary, to be heard as one of the voices of all workers who have fought not only since then, but throughout history and from all over the world, along with the voices that not only today but everyday of our lives continue to advance towards the dignity of women as a woman, not as embedded in patterns created and taxes. We raise our voices to the ears of the world: the slave woman, man, slave to his own domain, which seeks to perpetuate established patterns and to persist in this struggle.
That is because today a day when the feminist struggle neither begins nor ends: it continues to victory.
